Wood-fired pizzas in an eclectic setting that pays homage to Chef Lisa Dahl’s love for rock ‘n’ roll is at the heart of Pisa Lisa, a casual stop for organic salads, tapas, pizzas and handmade gelato in the red rocks of Sedona, Ariz. Dahl’s signature “mother sauce” serves as the base for each pizza that features simple, yet unique flavor combinations using local and organic ingredients from eggplant and artichoke to marinated and braised mushrooms. Pisa Lisa is open daily for lunch and dinner.
