Chef Carter and his talented team of chefs, including executive chef Rochelle Daniel, have crafted a menu that begins with our made-to-order tableside Caesar salad, antipasti, imported cheeses and salumi. Then, it moves to the primi piatti featuring more than a dozen house-made pastas, some classic and some a bit more adventurous with creative inspiration from seasonal ingredients. Along the way, you’ll want to pair your selections with a hand-pressed cocktail or a selection from the extensive internationally-curated wine list.
