Merkin Vineyards Osteria reflects a simple grassroots approach to Italian country food inspired by regional ingredients. Our menu includes salads, pasta, an antipasta selection featuring an assortment of imported meats and cheeses and, of course, wine.
Merkin Vineyards is a family owned winery located in nearby Jerome. There, we make roughly 6,500 cases of high-elevation wines with a focus on Spanish, French and Italian varietals.
At our Tasting Room and Osteria, we are 100% committed to using ingredients from Arizona’s premier farms, fields, pastures and trees. Our fruit and produce come from our Verde Valley orchard and greenhouses. What we aren’t able to grow, we source locally from McClendon Farms, Blue Sky Organic Farms and other various Arizona farms. Our poultry and beef are sourced from Top Knot Farms and Arizona Grass Raised Beef Co., and Hayden Mills is the cornerstone of our house-made pastas and bread.
